Q: How do I buy on this website? 


To order your purchase:

Click the "Add to cart" button on the product you wish to purchase.
 


Click "Continue Shopping" to continue adding other products to your cart or click "Checkout" to continue paying for those products.

 
You will be taken to a login page where you will need to login to your account using your Username and Password. If you have not created an account, you will need to register an account before proceeding with the payment.

 
You need to confirm the shipping address on the "Shipping Address" page and click the "next" button.

 
From here, you need to select a shipping method and click the "next" button.

 
Next you need to select your payment method then click the "next" button.

 
After the previous steps are done, you need to reconfirm your payment details (billing address) and agree to the terms and conditions.

 
Click "Confirm Order" to complete the order.

Q: How do I change my account's personal information and shipping address?  

Log in to your account → Click "Account Maintenance" → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.  




Q: I forgot the Password for my account. What do I need to do to get it?  


Click on "Lost Password?" and fill in your email used to register the account in the box.

 
Click Submit.

 
A confirmation token will be sent to you. Upon receiving the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.  




Q: Can I cancel an existing order that has already been placed? 

Yes, only if the order is still pending.

- Orders that are in the status to be sent or are being sent cannot be canceled.
